Balloon Disclaimer
We are not liable for balloons once they are out of our care. We use only the highest quality balloons and materials, however, some may pop or deflate sooner than anticipated. We cannot guarantee your balloons will last once they have been delivered or picked up. Environmental factors, including weather, children, pets, different surfaces, hot or cluttered car conditions, and foliage can jeopardise the lifespan of our creations. We will replace anything we pop in transportation or during setup.
**Balloons to decorate the exterior of the Bubble House have an additional fee.
Deposits
The deposit reserves your selected date, goes towards the order total and is non-refundable. You’ll be invoiced for the rest of your rental and any add ons once we've discussed and finalised the details of your Bubble Party.
Deposit fee is 50% of the final price.
Set Up
We require 30 minute to an hour set up and collection time of time of 30 minutes either side of your booking (this can vary a little depending on the decoration you choose for your bubble party). For delivery outside of out 30 minute catchment area additional travel charges may apply.
For your safety and to avoid damage to our bubble house, we unfortunately CANNOT set up on gravel/rocks, on/near dirt or uneven surfaces. If you have any questions on where to position your bubble house, we encourage you to send us pictures of the party space before your event date.
Bubble House Rules
- There should be no more than 4 or 5 people inside the bubble house at once.
- Adult supervision is required at all times.
- No sharp objects inside the bubble house.
- No shoes inside the bubble house.
- No food , animlas or drinks inside the bubble house.
- The customer will be liable for any damages that are done to the bubble house during hire.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule your booking, you must do so at least one week prior to your event date and we would be happy to apply your deposit to a future booking within a year of your original booking, if the date you require is available. Cancellations less than 24 hours from your event are no longer eligible to be rescheduled.
